Quotes and timelines
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope, integrations (such as SAP or ERP), number of user roles, native apps, security and LGPD requirements, and the timeline. That's why we don't use a price list: after a 15-minute conversation, we deliver a phase-by-phase quote within 5 business days, with scope, timeline and cost in writing.
How soon will I get a quote?
We reply to your brief within 48 business hours with our first questions. After the 15-minute listening call, the quote arrives within 5 business days.
How long until the software is ready?
Sprint Zero takes 15 days and ends with a validated prototype and an MVP roadmap with scope and estimates. That roadmap sets the MVP timeline; the MVP goes to production at the end of the second phase.
Contract and code
Does my company own the source code?
Yes. At the end of the project, the source code belongs to the client.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes, we sign an NDA whenever you ask.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Change is expected. At every Sprint Review, every 15 days, you see and test what was delivered and we reprioritize the backlog together. Any impact on timeline or cost is written down before moving on.

Do I need to take part in the project?
Yes, it's part of the method. In Sprint Zero we immerse ourselves in your processes with your team, and at every Sprint Review you test, measure and validate what comes next.
Which technologies do you use?
Mainly React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and React Native, with cloud, DevOps and CI/CD. The final choice comes out of Sprint Zero, based on the problem and what your company already uses.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. In the Orbit phase we handle monitoring, observability, SLAs, integrations and continuous evolution with a living roadmap. The same crew that built it, sustains it.
