Our method: Sprint Zero, MVP in production and Orbit
Every DENWARE project goes through three phases. In Sprint Zero, in 15 days, we understand the operation and validate a prototype. In the MVP phase we build in 2-week sprints with a Sprint Review every 15 days until production. In Orbit, the same team monitors, sustains and evolves the product.
We understand your operation in 15 days.
- Full immersion in the business's critical processes
- Mapping of bottlenecks and operational flows
- Clickable prototype validated with your team
- MVP roadmap with scope and estimates
- Technical architecture defined and approved
Visible development, sprint by sprint.
- 2-week sprints with daily rituals
- Sprint Review every 15 days — you see, test and validate
- The client takes an active part in every review
- MVP goes to production at the end of the phase
- Code reviewed, tested and documented every sprint
The product becomes a growth platform.
- Integrations, automations and AI in production
- Monitoring, observability and SLAs
- Continuous evolution with a living roadmap
- The same crew that built it, sustains it
The Sprint Review — the heart of transparency
Every two weeks, you test, measure and see what comes next.
Take the controls: create, approve, generate the report.
Velocity, burndown, delivered vs planned, test coverage.
What's coming in the next sprint, before it exists.
The rituals that keep it transparent
2-week sprints
Short cycles with incremental deliveries and daily team rituals.
Sprint Review every 15 days
You test, see the metrics and preview the next sprint before it exists.
Scope, timeline and cost in writing
Before the code, and again whenever something changes.
Reviewed, documented code
Reviews, tests and documentation every sprint, not at the end.
Frequently asked questions
How long until the software is ready?
Sprint Zero takes 15 days and ends with a validated prototype and an MVP roadmap with scope and estimates. That roadmap sets the MVP timeline; the MVP goes to production at the end of the second phase.
Do I need to take part in the project?
Yes, it's part of the method. In Sprint Zero we immerse ourselves in your processes with your team, and at every Sprint Review you test, measure and validate what comes next.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Change is expected. At every Sprint Review, every 15 days, you see and test what was delivered and we reprioritize the backlog together. Any impact on timeline or cost is written down before moving on.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. In the Orbit phase we handle monitoring, observability, SLAs, integrations and continuous evolution with a living roadmap. The same crew that built it, sustains it.
