DEN.DEV

Custom software development

DENWARE builds custom software for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf systems. We start with a 15-day Sprint Zero to understand the operation and validate a prototype, then work in 2-week sprints until the MVP is in production, with the same team running the product afterwards.

Problems we solve

  • Critical processes running on spreadsheets, e-mail and manual rework
  • Off-the-shelf software forcing the company to change how it works
  • Systems that don't talk to each other and duplicate data
  • Legacy software that is hard to maintain and evolve

How we deliver

A 15-day Sprint Zero with a validated prototype, an MVP in production with 2-week sprints and a Sprint Review every 15 days, then continuous operation with the same team.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build custom software?

It depends on the scope. Sprint Zero takes 15 days and ends with a validated prototype and an MVP roadmap with scope and estimates. From there, development runs in 2-week sprints and the MVP goes to production at the end of the second phase.

Does my company own the source code?

Yes. At the end of the project the source code belongs to the client, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) whenever you ask.

Do you maintain the software after delivery?

Yes. In the Orbit phase we handle monitoring, observability, SLAs and continuous evolution. The same crew that built it, sustains it.
