Custom CRM: how we build it

We build custom CRMs from your company's real sales funnel. In Sprint Zero we map stages, sales rules, data and integrations in 15 days and validate the prototype with the sales team; the MVP goes into production in 2-week sprints, and in Orbit we keep evolving automations and reports.

Particularities

The funnel comes before the screens

We map every stage, hand-off rule, quote and approval with the sales team before designing a single screen. The CRM reflects how your company sells, not what a generic tool assumes.

Data migration without losing history

Customers, opportunities and history move out of spreadsheets and legacy systems with cleanup, deduplication and validation. The migration is rehearsed before cutover, so the team starts with data it can trust.

ERP, WhatsApp and e-mail integration

Orders, billing and inventory come from the ERP or SAP, and WhatsApp and e-mail conversations are logged on the customer record. Each integration goes into the roadmap with scope and estimate.

Role-based permissions

Sales reps, managers, resellers and executives see only what they need, with rules by account portfolio, region or team. Every relevant change is recorded in an audit trail.

LGPD from the architecture up

The legal basis, consent, purpose and retention of each piece of personal data are defined in Sprint Zero. Data subject access and deletion requests have their own flow inside the CRM.

Frequently asked questions

Why a custom CRM instead of an off-the-shelf one?

When the sales cycle has its own rules, such as complex quotes, reseller channels or ERP integration, a custom CRM avoids costly workarounds and parallel spreadsheets.

Do you migrate data from our spreadsheets and current system?

Yes. We survey the databases in Sprint Zero, clean up and deduplicate the data and rehearse the migration before cutover, so the team starts with information it can trust.

Is the CRM LGPD-compliant?

Yes. Consent, purpose, retention and data subject rights are part of the architecture from Sprint Zero, not a fix at the end.

Does my company own the source code?

Yes. At the end of the project the source code belongs to the client, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) whenever you ask.
